Herb Washing
Herbs are hand-sorted and washed in filtered water. Every batch is cleansed under recited mantras before transfer to extraction — purity begins at the first rinse.
Extraction
We use controlled, temperature-regulated extraction units — both traditional decoction methods and GMP solvent-free steam extraction — to capture the herb’s essence.
Blending & Formulation
Each formulation is mixed to Ayurvedic proportions, balanced by lab-validated potency tests and measured using precision dispensers.
Bottling & Packaging
Aseptic fill lines under HEPA filtration, tamper seals, and final consecration rituals ensure each unit is pure, safe, and sanctified.
Quality, Testing & Certification
Every batch undergoes microbiological, heavy metal, and phytochemical testing. ZED Gold certification, AYUSH compliance, and lab certificates are stored per batch.
