Mohit Sardana, Founder & Managing Director of ASLI AYURVEDA Wellness Pvt. Ltd., is an entrepreneur, leader, and reformer whose career spans over two decades of enterprise excellence across exports, diagnostics, and textiles before dedicating his life to Ayurveda. Having faced and passed countless national and international audits — including NPOP, GMP, and ZED Gold certifications — Mohit believes that true credibility is earned through process precision and purity of intent. He transformed those learnings into ASLI’s unmatched culture of compliance and consciousness.
Today, he serves as the National President of the Pharma Committee, Ayurvedic Federation of India (AFI) — representing India’s Ayurvedic manufacturers in global dialogue and policy reform. He previously chaired the Direct Selling Committee at FICCI and continues to mentor ethical entrepreneurship nationwide. Mohit’s journey has been featured by India Today, The Economic Times, and on the cover of Industry Outlook Magazine, recognizing him as one of the champions of India’s modern Ayurvedic revolution. Beyond boardrooms, he addresses university campuses and Ayurveda colleges across India, inspiring the next generation of Ayurvedic doctors and wellness entrepreneurs to combine ancient wisdom with contemporary excellence.
